We are currently developing projects in Mediterrania Saidia, a residential and tourist resort developed with the King of Morocco King Mohammed VI.

Mediterrania Saidia, a picturesque village with a long tourist tradition on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco, covers an area of more than 7.000.000 m2 with six kilometres of seafront.

Our properties, "The Greens Residences", reside on one of the resorts two championship golf courses. The development also boasts luxury hotels, a marina, two golf courses, a commercial centre, clinic and an extensive range of inclusive services for the apartments.
